My first week at MakerSquare LA!

Hey everyone, I'm just writing this first post as a test to see how ghost and buster work with Github pages! So finally, after ~100 hours of pre-course work, I have started and have just finished my first week at MakerSquare LA, and it was an insane blur. Even though we spend a minimum of 11 hours a day at MakerSquare (9 am - 8 pm), it doesn't feel like that at all. Every day is an incredible opportunity to learn all this cool new stuff with a really great, driven group of people.

So far, we have implemented the underscore library, learned about various data structures and 4 types of class instantiation, and today we finished up solidifying our understanding of pseudoclassical inheritance! I honestly can't believe we've done so much in so little time.

What I love most about this program is that everyone wants to be here and learn as much as they can. Being around this type of environment alone is well worth the tuition.

Anyway, hopefully this blog post gets updated correctly, and I'll see you guys soon!
